The reformer/tower combo help position the body and give the brain feedback as to how the muscles should support the heavy shoulders, ribs, and pelvis.
Maybe you are familiar with Pilates or maybe you are not. Pilates is great for beginners to advanced levels. I love teaching to all fitness levels. Come as you are!
Do I belong in a Pilates class?
YES! If you have a body you belong in class. If you want to experience less aches and pains, you belong. If you want more control of your health, you belong.
Maybe you have never been to an exercise class or have, but it was years ago. That's pretty typical. Most people work 40+ hours and have countless other commitments that exercise often isn't a top priority, but my goal is for you to make it one. My hope is you feel comfortable in class and feel accomplished after class.
My 3 top priorities in each class is connection, empowerment, and encouragement.
My job is for you to feel successful, connected, and restored. To have the energy to meet the demands of your day and be energized to participate in life's many adventures.
