For over twenty years, I’ve taught pilates to all ages and to men and women of all fitness levels.

I graduated from Purdue in Exercise and Health Promotion in 1999 and am certified through the Pilates Method Alliance.

I'm married and have 4 children. I can relate with all the pressures and demands involved in providing for a family and career, while still creating some time for self-care. It's a constant juggling act in any phase of life.

Most of my clients began Pilates due to their achy/irritated back, knee, neck, hip, or shoulder pain. Many of my clients continue Pilates because of its restorative benefits and the hassle-free studio setting.

The studio is nestled in a country setting surrounded by pastures and fields, but centrally located a short drive from surrounding towns like Rossville, Lafayette, and Frankfort.

The scenery surrounding the studio.

The classes are limited to 3 people of similar goals where participants will receive the personal attention to become more knowledgeable about the muscles and how they work to support the spine, shoulder girdle, ribs, and pelvis.

Participants can enjoy being in a class free of judgements, where the focus isn't so much on impressing, but on improving how his/her body responds to the challenges and joys each day brings.

The GOAL is to be resilient, knowledgeable, and empowered about how the muscles work to support the body. You only get one body and one spine. Take care of it!
